The greater the size of parrots, the more proteins will consume by parrots. 

Manganese

1.2 mg of manganese is present in pistachio. It helps parrots in strong bones and reproduction in female parrots. Manganese is helpful for parrots who face joint problems.

Phosphorus

Pistachio contains 470 mg of phosphorus. Phosphorus is good for parrots in formation of eggs, muscles, feathers and bones. Its is also necessary for metabolism.

Copper

Pistachios are good for parrots. But at the same time, it has many demerits. The biggest hurdle is that it is full of carbohydrates. This increases the level of energy intake in parrots. 

A normal pistachio of one ounce have 7.7 grams carbs. For humans, this amount of carbs is very small than average need. But for parrot species, the figure is very large and affect parrots. If you serve excess carbs to parrots it will lead to certain abnormalities in parrots such as:
